Im so weird!
I just lost a kg despite all the bulging on food.
Shock
Ping said i might be 48kg now since i eat so much.
But..................
I finished a can of pringles and squid balls. Half a packet of honey start and chili crab cup noodles for my dinner outside last night.
When i reached home my mum still asked me to eat a little of her cooked food.
And this is what i usually have for my meals or even more.
I expect myself to add on a few kilos but i lost weight instead.
Maybe my weighing machine is spoiled.
It's forever in the 40kgs range. Or am i experiencing too much stress but i didn't realise?
No matter what it is, i must start to exercise and eat more fruits.
An apple a day is not enough! haha
I feel so unhealthy.
I can feel it.
But not growing fat is giving me a false impression that there's no need for exercising.
Bad bad....
