Just came back from Ping's dad birthday celebration(:
Enjoyed myself.
Miss those home cook food, especially the ah sum fish and his mum's special veg dish.
Ate a lot cos really delicious.
Bought a D24 durian cake for his dad^^
The cake shop girl gave us 100% guarantee that it's  very nice if not refund.
Haha good sales tactic.
But i have to admit it's really good(:
I can eat 3 pieces straight at one go. LOL
Yvonne jiejie bought desserts.
A mango dessert( dunno what exactly it is but it's undoubtedly nice!)
and yam paste with coconut milk.

I actually miss my family while spending quality time with Ping's family.
My family hasn't gather together like this for quite some time.
Dad's birthday is coming!!
Must think of ideas to celebrate.
I think jie fu will suggest places to bring us.

But i feel that it's different from spending quality time at home, with home cooked food and a nice blueberry chocolate cake(dad's favourite).

It's the people, bonding, and connection that matters.
