The 2 dramas are very different.
In terms of theme, story progression, setting, language, costumes and props, and music.
The setting for Palace Scheme is during the Tang dynasty
while Together is talking about the story of 6 friends living under one roof in the 1960s.
I don't need to say much about what is Palace Scheme about.
As seen from the title, you can roughly guess it's about plotting and manipulating to obtain a higher status and greater wealth in the palace.
Sometimes it's still better to have a simple/common yet straight forward title or name(:

I won't say which one is better.
Both are as good(:
I will only say Palace Scheme is more exciting but at the same time im bias to say this as i have only watched 6 episodes of Together.
