What Pp can do is:

Lodge a complaint with the police against her mum.
Once investigation starts,
both parties have to engage a lawyer.
Police can request for database info from FB and blogger for the deleted data.
The court will access according to the intensity of the insults, timeline, and people involved (is it directly clearly towards a particular person or people).
The party who is guilty will have to make an apology and pay for all the expenses.

In the first place, Pp did not write anything on any social network to insult her mum.
I didn't know anything until Pp called me and told me he wants an apology.
They are way too much.
All Pp wants is for either herself or her mum to apologise to him.
Once again, I stated very clearly, it's to him, not me.
But she refused and was very firmed with her stand.
It is very likely that Pp will win the case.

For me, the only person I would apologise to is to the 5th aunt,
which i did through her son on the phone two days ago.
Looks like he didn't convey my msg to his mum.
