Life is like a circle

Time check 3.45pm now.
Had a long chat with dad.
He told me about a friend.
He met this friend in army.
A very rich guy.
He is 13 years older than my dad.
That guy told him something.
"Whether you are rich or poor,
life is always like a circle.
If you're rich, your circle is bigger.
But everyone is trapped.
A rich person doesn't mean he is happy.
有钱人有有钱人的苦."
My dad was very muddled.
If given to him, he would want to be as rich.
That guy came from a very strict family.
He had to do whatever his father wanted him to.
Becos they owned a mining company,
the father forced him to study engineering.
He demanded him to marry a rich girl whom he didn't like at all.
His father kept telling him it was for his own good.
For him or for himself? I really wonder.
People were mostly thinking to make use of him.
He wasn't happy.
Went night club almost everyday.
After his father passed away,
He divorced his wife.
Gave up being an engineer and the family biz
and went into photography.
He is 65 now with no children.
Alone.

Life is like a circle.
