Found my old notebook which I used to carry with me everywhere I go back in the JC days.
Was amazed by how far I could go to lead a healthy lifestyle.
A bit too extreme.
I created a list of No-Food.
Food that I CANNOT eat.
And yes, I followed quite strictly to it.
No oily food
No fast food (Heart attack)
No butter (High in cholesterol)
No nuts (Heaty)
No snacks
No cakes
No meat (Too many outbreaks of diseases involving animals)
No sweet drinks (In fear of diabetes)
Veg and fruits everyday
Drink milk everyday (Calcium)
At least 1.5L of water
And I run everyday.
At least 2.4km.
EVERYDAY without fail.
Haha very extreme.....
That made me a sub 40 kilos.
41-42kg for my height.
I'm a giant now in comparison to then :(
So you should know what to do if you are dying to lose weight.
LOL
PP says life is too sad with this kind of restriction.
And I tell him I was very happy back then.
I had no issue with leading that kind of life back then.
I'm just like that.
Very adaptive.
I can make myself feel satisfied and contented with any state of life I'm put into.
